When designing, what superpower would you like to have?
Being me, as I am, being among normal people, as a normal user, with the conditions of a normal, middle-class person, there are not many left by the way. This is the superpower.
Which of your designs would you choose to survive a zombie attack?
If to zombies, we refer to the corrupt, the ideal would be to give them more culture.
If you could go to dinner with a designer, who would you go with?
With a woman designer
Would you rather travel to the future or to the past?
Always to the future. From the past I am documented, from the future as a creative, it has more surprises, not always optimistic, but we will surely achieve it.
In what influential period of design would you like to have been born?
When you read or analyze Leonardo da Vinci, it would surely be the most exciting time for any creative discipline. Year 1452. Sure, in the same social conditions.

There are always reasons to be passionate.
If you could learn to do something new, what would you choose?
All the languages of the world. Transmitting without interpreters is the most exciting.
What is the last book you’ve read?
The other Spain. From Cesar Molina Sans. It makes clear because we have not been able to have an industry like our neighboring countries. Why the culture of deception and corruption does not allow Spain to advance.
What could we find in your trash can?
Too many containers.
What is the best memory of your childhood?
When I escaped for 5 hours with my tricycle.

Shopping carts, stretchers or hospital beds and baby carriages.
1963 – Moixent
In 1985 he studied industrial design in Barcelona.
Since 1994 he runs his own studio with Cristina Gutiérrez (gutierrezyortega diseño), focusing on furniture projects for the office, contract and home. Design of accessories, accessories and bathroom furniture, lighting design both technical and home.
In 1996 he gets the 1st. Award in the Design section and is selected to represent Valencia in the “Biennial of Young Creators of Europe and the Mediterranean”, to be held in Turin in 1997.
In 1998 they are selected to participate in Sarajevo in a contest prior to the Biennial of Young Artists of Mediterranean Europe, held in Rome in 1999.
In 2008, within the first Sidi S. XXI selection, the Cubox design, produced by Do + Ce, receives the first prize in the selection of home furniture (nationally).
In 2009 they are selected to participate in the exhibition “Suma y Sigue del disseny a la Comunitat Valenciana”, in the Valencian Museum of Enlightenment and Modernity (MuVIM).
In 2011, they are selected in the 5th Bianuario of the ADCV, with the “DUDU” and “CLICK” designs.
Also, CUbox, a system designed by Rafa Ortega for Do + Ce, appears in the 2011 FAD Awards; The first prize, in the category of Interior Design, has fallen to the Architecture Studio ABALOS + SENTKIEWICZ ARQUITECTOS for its work of remodeling the building of the ANTONI TAPIES FOUNDATION in Barcelona. FELIX FERNANDEZ de MAIREA has participated in this remodeling work as architect-interior designer, responsible for the furniture, using our CUbox system for the design of all the furniture in the entrance area: counters, lockers, bookcases, showcases, etc.
His work is characterized by keeping track of all the processes that intervene in a new project from creation to manufacturing; going through renders, drawings, CAD environment files, technical office, production and monitoring of rapid prototyping, etc …
